HomeBridge Ventures seeks to break the cycle of recidivism through transformative relationships, trauma-responsive job training and placement, and a supportive community for justice-involved people that leads to the opportunity to heal and to obtain gainful employment.

HomeBridge Ventures (HBV) created a welcoming, trauma-informed community that is inclusive, safe, responsive and designed to keep our HomeBridge Ventures’ family out of prison and in employment. In partnership with area nonprofits, HBV provides formerly incarcerated residents with long-term, consistent programming to provide the healing, hiring and hope required for a lifetime of success outside of prison.
HBV joins over 300 organizations as a partner of Homeboy Industries Global Network, the largest and most successful reentry and gang intervention program in the world. Located in Los Angeles, Homeboy has been operating for over 30 years, providing trauma-informed wrap-around services and job opportunities to over 10,000 people per year.
